To ensure you have a pleasant stay and all guests feel comfortable, please observe the following house rules.

🚫 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment.

This also applies to e-cigarettes and any other smoking devices.

In case of violation, a cleaning and damage fee of up to 500 € may be charged.

Pets are generally not allowed.

Small dogs (up to approx. 10 kg) are only permitted after prior consultation and explicit confirmation.

10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Please be considerate of the neighbours and respect the quiet hours.

🛋️ Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
♻️ Please separate waste according to the instructions in the guest folder.
🪟 Close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
🎉 Parties and events are not permitted.
👥 Maximum occupancy only according to the booking; no additional overnight guests.

The balcony may not be accessed at the moment, as this area is still part of a construction site.

Access to the balcony is strictly prohibited; in case of violation, a contractual penalty of up to 500 € may be charged.

Please report any damage or problems promptly so that we can react quickly.

Please return the keys as described in the check-out information.

The apartment is intended exclusively for adults and teenagers aged 16 and over.

“Wald & Wind” offers a calm atmosphere for a relaxed stay.
